Welcome to Skin2Infinity by Haley These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and treatments. By accessing our site, booking an appointment, or receiving services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Medical Disclaimer

  • All treatments and services provided at Skin2Infinity  by Haley are for cosmetic purposes only and are not a substitute for medical care.

  • Our services are performed by qualified professionals; however, results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

  • Prior to treatment, you must disclose your complete health history, medications, and relevant conditions. Failure to do so may increase risk of complications.

2. Eligibility

  • Clients must be 18 years or older to receive treatments unless otherwise permitted by law and accompanied by a parent/guardian.

  • By booking, you confirm you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and meet eligibility requirements.

 

3. Appointments & Cancellations

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete any necessary forms.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance (clinic policy determines). Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of deposit or incurring a cancellation fee.

 

4. Payments & Refunds

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept [credit/debit cards, cash, financing partners].

  • Refund Policy: Because results vary and treatments are non-reversible once rendered, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed services, packages, or prepaid treatments.

 

5. Risks & Consent

  • By booking a service, you acknowledge that all treatments carry potential risks, including redness, burns, swelling, scarring, hyperpigmentation, infection, or other side effects.

  • You will be required to sign an informed consent form before receiving any treatment.

 

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (logos, text, images, branding) is the property of Skin2Infinity by Haley and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

 

7. Privacy Policy

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during booking or treatment will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing services, in compliance with HIPAA where applicable.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Skin2Infinity by Haley and its staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services provided.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the treatment in question.

 

9. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Bulloch County, Georgia.
